How It Works
Product Copy generation in minutes
Helen fits directly into your existing Shopify workflow — no new tools to learn.
Select the products you need
Open the Products page inside Shopify admin. Filter by status — select one product or bulk-select hundreds that are missing descriptions or SEO content.
Click “Generate Product Copy”
Hit the Generate button — Helen’s AI instantly writes descriptions, SEO titles, highlights, attributes, meta tags and more for every selected product in parallel.
Review output & choose which fields to sync
A review modal shows your current content alongside the AI-generated version, field by field. Toggle the checkbox on each field to include or exclude it from the sync — you stay in full control of what gets pushed.
Approve & sync — content updates in Shopify instantly
Once approved, Helen pushes the selected fields directly to your Shopify product. No copy-paste, no external tools — the product page updates live in seconds.
Configure which Helen field maps to which Shopify field
In Settings → Field Mapping, you choose exactly where each AI-generated field (description, SEO title, highlights, attributes, etc.) should write in Shopify — native fields or custom metafields.
